(Premier) is a fully Jordanian operated company that was established in 2011 in Amman-Jordan with the intention to simplify the recruitment process with the highest international standards. • Aloula advertises the vacant positions in newspapers and social media.

• According to the Jordanian law of labor the recruitment fees are paid by the candidates when hired and employed therefore Aloula costs you nothing unless you agree to pay the mentioned fees.

Your side has to provide job description and details about the vacancies, the specific qualities required, and other information like salary scale and accommodations.

Aloula Recruitment Co. will provide you with filtered CVs to go through them. (Within 48 to 72 hours) from its database. If not, advertisements will take a place in this stage.

Selected CVs from your side will be contacted by Aloula Recruitment Co. and informed about your arrangements and other details. (within 48 hours).

Aloula Co. will provide you with a five star hotel hall, arrange video and phone intervwes and will provide you with a team from the company to arrange and moderate the process of intevieing candidates.

Aloula will inform the candidates of the interviews results, will negotiate with accepteded candidates and process the formal paperwork for visa issuing. Any step can be repeated or modified to satisfy your side.
