| Because of Al-Oula’s relationships with equipment manufacturers, we can offer our customers excellent pricing on their purchases. Our purchasing arrangement adds a fixed margin-over-cost to all items, meaning we have no beneficial interest in ordering from any particular manufacturer. At Al-Oula, we always work as your unbiased business partner, recommending only the most cost-effective, highest quality components to fit your needs and budget. Moreover, we never purchase equipment without your approval and a Purchase Order.
In an Al-Oula turnkey project, we recognize that equipment specifications may change prior to installation and that an early successful bidder may be unable to make a timely delivery later. Therefore, we don’t obtain matching equipment quotations during the early stages of a project. Instead, we work as your purchasing agent during the installation phase, obtaining the appropriate equipment and getting it delivered when needed. This method saves you money and keeps your project moving, while still insuring your system meets all the agreed upon specifications. (Of course, customers may purchase equipment directly, provided it meets the specifications of the overall system design)

At Al-Oula, we use CAD drawings and installation databases to carefully and completely document every project we undertake. The documentation samples below demonstrate Al-Oula’s ability to create and prepare all of the necessary systematic design and installation materials, tools, and specifications for any project. Moreover, they show where specialized customer needs can be met by customized designs and manufacturing of customized equipment.
As part of every Al-Oula installation project, we prepare final documentation that includes all CAD drawings, databases, literature, and any other materials developed throughout the installation. We provide both the hard copy plots of the drawings and all program disks as part of the final report. The customer may elect to maintain the databases and drawings. Otherwise, Al-Oula may be contracted to maintain the hardware/software system and/or CAD and databases. We strongly believe that the customer should have all of the documentation upon project completion for their own future use.
